As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on the patient's evolving condition. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. Certification must remain current throughout employment.
