Location: 24640 Jefferson Ave, Murrieta, CA (On-site only)

Training site: Riverside, CA (On-site only)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and messages

• Schedule client intakes and manage appointment waitlists

• Collect co-pays and update client payment authorizations

• Maintain accurate client records and data entry

• Notify clinicians promptly when clients arrive

• Assist with office upkeep (supplies, lobby restocking, light cleaning)

• Perform daily closing procedures, including setting the office alarm

• Provide coverage for the front desk as needed (occasional early arrival or staying late)

• Support other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• No prior office experience required – training provided

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting

• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
