Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making.
• Monitor financial records for errors, inconsistencies, or potential improvements.
• Generate detailed financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in accounting practices.• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and performing bank reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.

• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
