Operate and maintain CNC waterjet equipment cutting metals, plastics, composites, and stone. Follow prints, run programs, inspect parts, and document work.
Key Responsibilities – CNC Waterjet Operator
- Set up, program, and operate CNC waterjet cutting machines.
- Read blueprints, CAD files, and work orders to meet tolerances.
- Monitor cuts, adjust feeds/speeds, and troubleshoot to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; record results.
- Load/unload materials safely; maintain clean, organized work area.
- Log production, job notes, and maintenance; collaborate with engineering and quality.
Qualifications – CNC Waterjet Operator
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years CNC or waterjet experience; will train motivated candidates.
- Blueprint reading and basic CNC programming familiarity.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for shifts.
- Detail-focused with strong problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications – CNC Waterjet Operator
- CAD/CAM exposure and CNC program edits.
- Knowledge of multi-material cutting.
- Forklift or material handling experience.
What We Offer – CNC Waterjet Operator
- Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour, hourly, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
