In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will offer high-quality, professional nursing care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient with empathy and skill. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care while adapting to changes in assignments and patient conditions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Create and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses
- Act promptly in life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions
- Administer medications, including IV therapy, accurately
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge requirements
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license is required
- BLS certification is mandatory or must be obtained within one month of hire
- ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire
