Located at 1444 Western Avenue, Suite B, Albany, NY, our Internal and Family Medicine practice provides a range of essential healthcare services. These include annual physical examinations for health maintenance, care for illnesses and injuries, management of chronic medical conditions, preventive immunizations, and wellness services such as cancer screenings. Our dedicated providers are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering patients to take control of their health and well-being.
Key Requirements for This Position:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- New York State licensure
- DEA registration required
- Genuine interest in delivering Primary Care

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Our organization offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:
- Base compensation ranging from $250,000 to $260,000.
- This salary reflects the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other applicable cash compensation. Please note that this range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on specific factors.
- A signing bonus of up to $75,000.
- A retention bonus of $25,000.
- Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
- Time off from practice.
- Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage after employment with us.

- Potential for hybrid work opportunities in the hospitalist division or continuing care, if desired.
