Minimum Requirements
\n
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtained prior to start.
- Outpatient experience required. Experience with 60 minute initial evaluations and 30 minute follow-ups preferred.
- Demonstrated experience completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting per payer and clinic requirements.
- Experience supervising or delegating to other therapy disciplines and participating in student clinical education preferred.
- Ability to follow state practice act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
- Competency with electronic medical records documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
