Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Consultant / Intelligence Capabilities Analyst. This position provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, and drives key initiatives with minimal oversight, delivering strategic advisory and program leadership support to OUSD(I&S), Joint Staff, and Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders. The role leads enterprise-level assessments, position papers, and executive recommendations aligned with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Task Lead providing strategic advisory and program leadership support to OUSD(I&S), Joint Staff, and Defense Intelligence Enterprise stakeholders
- Lead and synchronize enterprise-level assessments, position papers, and executive recommendations, ensuring findings are feasible, integrated, defensible, and aligned with strategic priorities
- Provide end-to-end mission support to senior government leadership, including development of executive briefs, read-ahead materials, decision papers, and action tracking
- Oversee day-to-day execution of a multi-disciplinary contractor team, setting priorities, managing schedules and deliverables, and coordinating with government leads
- Lead research and analysis for Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) DCGS Enterprise Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA) and development of Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD)
- Collaborate with DIA/CIO to develop CDF CONOPS, requirements artifacts, and acquisition documentation supporting enterprise data integration and modernization
- Manage and support government-led working groups, IPTs, and governance boards, preparing agendas, read-aheads, minutes, and action-item trackers
- Design and implement enterprise Requirements Mapping Tools aligning DIE requirements to national strategy, CCMD priorities, and modernization initiatives
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, capability charts, milestones, and performance metrics to support transparency and executive decision-making
- Identify programmatic risks, dependencies, and blockers; provide mitigation recommendations and decision options to senior leadership
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
- Master's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience
- 20+ years of experience in intelligence operations, program management, and strategic advisory
- Deep expertise in DCGS, Common Data Fabric (CDF), JCIDS (CBA, ICD), and intelligence enterprise integration
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and policy issues into clear, defensible recommendations for senior leadership
- Strong background in governance, IPTs, executive briefings, and stakeholder management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OUSD(I&S) and Joint Staff coordination
- Background in ISR systems integration and CONOPS development
- Knowledge of enterprise modernization strategy and requirements development
