Position: Sales Trainee Home Improvements (Roofing)

Immediate Hiring! We are expanding rapidly and hiring both experienced roofing sales reps and motivated trainees.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (roofing sales is preferred but not required)
Outgoing personality
Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
Reliable transportation (car/truck)

Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned neigborhood and find homes with old or damage roofing
Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage
Educate homeowners on roofing options, insurance restoration, and the sales process
Present estimates and close deals

Position Offer:

Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn up to $450K!)
