We are a family-owned Mexican restaurant looking for a friendly, reliable, hardworking, and energetic Waiter and or server.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and drinks
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Check on tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, very important
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
