Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A School Psychologist opportunity is available in Elk River, MN, offering a contract position within a dynamic educational setting. This role focuses on supporting students academic performance, emotional well-being, and behavioral development through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results to guide educational planning
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to support students' needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective strategies for student success
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to special education eligibility decisions
  • Providing counseling and crisis intervention services as needed

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Minnesota
  • Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
  • Strong knowledge of interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and families
