As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver innovative recruitment solutions and ensure a seamless candidate experience. With a focus on strategic recruitment and employee engagement, you'll help build a workforce that reflects our commitment to excellence and empowering all to flourish.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage and maintain job postings on various job boards and company website.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with successful candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote the company brand.
  • Assist with the onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist with the HR onboarding meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and strategies.

Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
