Job Description:
Our client is seeking a traditional Business Analyst to support healthcare-related business initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support delivery of business solutions. The position is contract-to-hire and requires onsite presence in Miramar four days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and requirements workshops
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and delivery
- Assist with process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation
- Support testing efforts including UAT planning and execution
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, and decisions
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience as a traditional (non-product) Business Analyst
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Understanding of SDLC and requirements methodologies
- Experience in healthcare environments preferred
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments a plus
Big Plusses:
- Healthcare industry knowledge
- Experience supporting IT or application initiatives
- Familiarity with Azure-based systems or cloud initiatives
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
Contract Details:
- Contract-to-hire engagement
- Onsite in Miramar 4days per week
- Target compensation: $95k–$100k upon conversion
