Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees to ensure that production goals and standards are met. We seek a reliable and detail-oriented problem-solver with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise production employees.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve production goals and standards.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production management and supervision.
- Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Work Environment
Work in a fully indoor manufacturing environment. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
