Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $20-$22 per hour We are seeking a Customer Service & Product Assistant to support our core customer service operations and assist with product-related tasks. This role ensures smooth communication with customers while helping maintain accurate product information and backend updates. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email (as needed).
- Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, including customer inquiry classification, draft response generation, data entry support, and content proofreading.
- Manage the daily customer service email inbox to ensure all inquiries are addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and website update logs.
- Assist with product-related tasks, such as:
o Verifying product and order informationo Coordinating replacement part labelso Supporting product content updates on the websiteo Assisting with basic product data entry or organization
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure consistent and accurate information across all customer touchpoints, including the website.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI content editors, or AI-powered customer service platforms) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, including customer service support, product assistance, and backend updates.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other standard office software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, especially in e-commerce or consumer goods environments.
- Availability for a full-time schedule.
