Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
• Create and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapies as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of education plans.
