Job Description
In this role, you will apply Biophysical analytical skills in biotherapeutic drug products characterization with focus on product robustness. You will be working in a collaboratively team environment to support both early and late stage formulation development
- Execute assays such as MFI, SEC-MALS, Intrinsic Fluorescence, Infrared Spectroscopy, UV Circular Dichroism, DLS, and DSC to support the particle characterization and stability analysis
- Created and maintained record of all experiment execution in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) adhering to Good Laboratory Practice and Good documentation practice (GDP)
- Perform Safety Standard Testing of lab instruments and troubleshooting instrument errors
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of expertise in operating various Biophysical instruments including but not limited to HIAC, SEC-MALS, MFI, FTIR; good understanding of protein science, protein/peptide stability, and protein-protein interactions
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rahway, NJ are encouraged to apply. Compensation range is between $24-25.50/hr considering experience.
