Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

The primary function of this role is to assist in the development, management, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives and programs for the Arachas Group. The role supports planning and implementing strategies that strengthen the brand and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution and Strategy

  • Coordinate the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials across digital and print platforms
  • Evaluate and refine direct mail and email strategies, including offers and creative elements, to optimize performance and meet key performance indicators
  • Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure campaign delivery is on time and within financial parameters
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance innovation and effectiveness in marketing efforts

Vendor and Event Management

  • Manage, organize, and execute list procurement activities in collaboration with third-party vendors, database providers, and mail houses
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop and execute educational events-both online and in-person-that support acquisition goals

Content Development and Branding

  • Create compelling content for use across multiple channels including social media, website, email, blogs, and more
  • Manage and update marketing materials and content to maintain consistent branding and relevant messaging across all platforms
  • Maintain and update all aspects of the agency website, including text, images, and content

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing-related role; additional work experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Experience with business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing highly desired
  • Prior experience working in the insurance or healthcare industries a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and design platforms such as Canva, Google Analytics, and WordPress
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms including Salesforce, AgencyBloc, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
  • Proven ability to self-start and manage multiple projects effectively under tight timelines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, verbal interaction, and active listening
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check as permitted by law

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
