Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages
Setting: Outpatient clinic only – Willapa Medical Clinic (not hospital-based)
Responsibilities: Provide clinical services within scope of family practice; adhere to clinic protocols and treatment guidelines; ensure confidentiality; collaborate with staff; provide performance evaluations and feedback
Required Procedures: General family practice care
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Collaborative outpatient clinic team
Days Per Month: Approx. 16–18
On-Call/Weekends: None; no holiday coverage required

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active or in-process Washington medical license

• Willingness to work 4x10s schedule

• Comfortable working in rural, community-based clinic setting
