Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare position is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide onsite nursing support in a high school setting.
Location:
- Anoka, MN (Forest Lake Area)
Duration:
- Contract position for the current school year, from January 5, 2026, through June 5, 2026.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (7 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to a high school student in a primarily one-on-one setting.
- Support the educational paraeducator role with approximately 80% para work and 20% nursing duties.
- Collaborate with an intervener and assist with other students occasionally as needed.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed to meet student needs during the school day.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or LVN licensure required.
- Experience working with school-age children or within educational settings preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
