Supply Chain Manager | Mason, MI
Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
- Oversee inventory planning and management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
- Direct logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing demands and product launches.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, market fluctuations, and geopolitical events.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in strategic supplier relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Proven ability to analyze supply chain data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Demonstrated experience in international sourcing and logistics
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains
