Your Day-to-Day Impact

· Conduct high-quality imaging procedures while prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and dignity.

· Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding service.

· Adapt your approach to meet the diverse physical, cultural, and emotional needs of patients across all ages.

· Maintain accuracy in documentation, scanning, and image storage through PACS.

· Support quality improvement and troubleshoot minor equipment and software issues.

· Remain current on best practices and technological advancements through ongoing training and education.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.

· Uphold the values of professionalism in appearance, attitude, communication, and confidentiality.

What You Bring

· Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (or approved equivalent).

· ARRT certification in Radiography (R) – Required.

· State licensure per local requirements (e.g., MRT for Texas, LRT for Louisiana, etc.).

· BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.

· Basic computer and PACS system proficiency.

· A flexible, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Scheduling


Compensation

- Hourly rates: $25.76 - $35.42 based on experience

- 1 year: $26.73

- 5 years: $30.59

- 10 years/max: $35.42

- Shift Differentials:

- Nights (7p–7a): $3.00

- Evenings (7p–7a): $3.00

- Weekends: 10% of base pay

- Sign-on Bonus: Not available at this time
