We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our fast-paced Call Center team as Appointment Setters. As the initial point of contact with potential clients, your role is crucial in establishing a positive rapport and generating interest in our timeshare defense legal services.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with efficiency and professionalism.
  • 2. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • 3. Keep clients engaged and interested in scheduling an appointment or proceeding to a Live Transfer.
  • 4. Accurately document client information and appointment details in our CRM system.
  • 5. Collaborate with team members to optimize strategies for successful appointment setting.
  • 6. Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for scheduled appointments.

Requirements:

  • 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2. Quick-witted, clever, and able to think on your feet.
  • 3. Strong ability to keep clients engaged during phone conversations.
  • 4. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • 5. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
