Children's National is growing! We are seeking Pediatric Experienced RNs to join us in this essential unit leadership role. We have opportunities hospital wide in our acute and critical care inpatient units.
The Shift Coordinator (our permanent "Charge Nurse"), on a shift to shift basis, directs the activities of and participates as a member of the patient care delivery team. In collaboration with unit leadership, participates in planning, managing and evaluating unit based clinical care and ensuring that continuity of care is maintained.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum Work Experience
2 years of Pediatric Nursing experience. (Required)
1 year recent Pediatric experience in a comparable setting. (Required)
Required Licenses and Certifications
Registered Nurse in District of Columbia
