Job DescriptionGrowing engineering firm is looking for a talented Civil Engineer for their Rochester, Minnesota office! 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manage municipal clients/projects </li>
<li>Develop design concepts </li>
<li> Prepare reports, estimates, contract documents, specifications </li>
<li> Administer the public bidding process </li>
<li>Assist with business development (attend industry functions, client meetings and presentations) </li>
<li> Communicate with clients and external contractors </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering </li>
<li>5+ years municipal engineering experience </li>
<li>PE License </li>
<li>Knowledge of MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures and funding programs (USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration) </li>
<li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred </li>
</ul>
 Salary is commensurate with experience.
