Job Title: Industrial Assembler

Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer with a history of over 67 years specializing in products used by retailers in stores and warehouses. As an Industrial Assembler, you will contribute to the assembly of shelving systems, storage systems, and free-standing displays. This role is essential in meeting the increased business demands and is offered on a 4-month contract basis, with potential opportunities for permanent positions based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Assemble shelving systems, storage systems, and free-standing displays.
- Use hand tools for light industry production tasks.
- Ensure quality and precision in the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Essential Skills
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- No GED or high school diploma required.

Work Environment
The role operates within an indoor manufacturing and production environment. Employees are required to wear steel toe boots and jeans or work pants. Shifts are available on a 1st shift from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and a 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Training will be provided on the assigned shift, with the first day for 3rd shift employees starting on the 1st shift for orientation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.16 - $23.26/hr.
