Job Responsibilities

• Preferred schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Availability on Saturdays is essential, with a preference for two consecutive days off.
• Manage a patient load of 20 to 24 individuals during 7.25 hours of patient contact.
• Work exclusively in an outpatient setting—no hospital rounds, on-call duties, or obstetrics.
• Experience with complex co-morbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, and chronic pain is required.
• Engage with patients in a community and rural health environment.
• Must possess prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice and locum tenens—new graduates will not be considered.
• Provide care to patients of all ages, with a focus on an adult-heavy panel.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient cases.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
