- Updated resume highlighting previous experience in special education settings
- Preference for candidates with CPI certification and experience in behavioral programs (for Manzanita Elementary)
- Flexibility to work across different elementary school sites, with full-time and part-time combinations available
- Ability to specify desired school placements or caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support as required by student IEPs
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment that nurtures academic and behavioral growth
- Collaborate closely with general educators, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain documentation, reports, and communication with school staff as needed
- Provide specialized strategies for behavioral interventions and academic modifications
