Position: Pharmacist
Location: Peridot, AZ (Housing assistance will be provided if necessary)
Contract: 13-week contract with possible extension
Pay: $75 - 85/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible shifts based on preference (days, nights, swing, weekends)
Openings Available: 3 (2 Outpatient Pharmacists + 1 Inpatient/ER Pharmacist)
Overview: Seeking experienced Pharmacists for a 13-week contract assignment. Openings are available in both outpatient and inpatient/ER settings within our hospital-based pharmacy clinic. This role offers a fast-paced clinical environment with high script volume, automation support, including a robot and counting devices.
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active Arizona pharmacist license (preferred)
</li>
<li>
BS or PharmD degree (PharmD preferred)
</li>
<li>
Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience strongly preferred
</li>
<li>
Hospital experience required for these openings (if not, we may have retail Pharmacist positions avaialble)
</li>
<li>
Current BLS certification required
</li>
<li>
ACLS &amp; PALS certifications required only for the Inpatient/ER pharmacist role (PALS may be obtained on-site)
