Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC-T Evening Outpatient Program

Transformation House is seeking a dedicatedLicensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)orAlcohol and Drug Counselor - Temporary (ADC-T)to join our evening outpatient program. Hours- Our evening counselors work hours are 1p to 9p, and on days where they are not facilitating group, they can have earlier hours.

What Youll Do

• Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and provide one-on-one counseling
• Manage case documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery
• Utilize the 12 Core Functions and the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimensions

Qualifications

• ActiveMinnesota LADC licenseorADC-T permit
• Ability to pass a DHS background study
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinical documentation tools
