We partner exclusively with primary homeowners, helping them stay on top of maintenance, handyman visits, and vendor coordination — so they can enjoy their homes instead of stressing about them.

The Role
As an In-Home Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of Casa’s mission — creating a complete digital profile of every home we serve. Think of it as turning a physical house into a “smart” record that our team can proactively manage.
This isn’t HR or employee onboarding. Instead, it’s home onboarding.

What You’ll Do

Visit member homes and conduct detailed room-by-room inventories

Photograph and document appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other assets

Use specialized tools (3D scanner, paint scanner, floorplan apps) — training provided

Record fire safety devices, utilities, and other essential home infrastructure

Speak with homeowners to capture vendor info and service preferences

Represent Casa with professionalism, confidence, and discretion

Ensure all data is logged cleanly and accurately in our app
What We’re Looking For

Recent graduate or early-career professional eager to grow in a startup environment

Detail-oriented and highly organized — you notice the little things

Excellent communicator who can make homeowners feel comfortable and cared for

Tech-friendly: comfortable using iPads, cameras, and connected tools

Physically able to move through multi-level homes, carry equipment, and perform hands-on tasks

Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

Clear background check required
