Questar Auto Technologies is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across Europe. If you have deep roots in the heavy vehicle aftermarket and fleet industry, strong technical acumen, and the network to open doors with large fleets and partners, this role is for you. You’ll drive expansion by building and empowering Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to bring our AI-powered Vehicle Health Management platform to market — and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of vehicle health across the
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence across Europe.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard VARs / Channels (i.e. Leasing & Maintenance, Tier 1 etc.) within the heavy commercial and fleet ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleets, service providers, and peripheral vehicle industry partners.
- Train and enable VARs to effectively position and sell & scale our Vehicle Health Management solution.
- Translate technical product value into business outcomes for partners and customers.
- Monitor partner sales performance, providing tools, training, and guidance to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to share customer and VAR insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, fleet associations, and trade fairs.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales roles within the heavy commercial fleet management, service/maintenance contract providers in the automotive solutions industry.
- Proven success in developing VAR/reseller channels.
- Experience working in global companies with remote headquarters, comfortable navigating international collaboration.
- Proven experience in selling multi-disciplinary solutions that combine both software and hardware components.
- Proved experience and knowledge in Big Data analysis as a service
- Experience and acquaintance of the EMEA market – a plus.
Skills
- Strong technical acumen to understand and explain AI-driven platforms and vehicle health management solutions.
- Demonstrate passion for sales and growth, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Able to operate effectively with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong plus).
