Position: Client Relations Analyst – Editorial Focus (Onsite)
Location: South Jordan, UT
Schedule: 12 months contract | Onsite
Pay: $19.16/h
Overview:
We're hiring a Client Relations Analyst with strong writing and editing skills to craft formal responses to client and investor inquiries. This role requires clear, concise, and professional communication, with a focus on regulatory accuracy and tone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit client letters addressing complaints and operational issues
- Research and synthesize information from internal teams
- Ensure all content meets compliance and brand standards
- Support tasks like Privacy Opt Out processing, settlement handling, and client calls
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in writing, editing, or professional communications
- Excellent grammar, clarity, and attention to detail
- Experience in financial, legal, or regulatory environments a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
