Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Data Entry
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 Months (Contract – Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $18.51/hour (W2)
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist for a contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ 85007.
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of imaged and paper records. You will be responsible for following quality assurance standards and standard operating procedures to support document handling, validation, and record management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, prepare, batch, scan, verify, and validate non-sealed and sealed records.

Follow applicable desk procedures and quality assurance protocols.

Assist with managing:

Detailed usage reports for security paper

Daily office deposits
-
Sorting and tallying incoming mail

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of data entry/record keeping experience

At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record handling

Ability to take feedback constructively and apply it

Experience with document scanning and reporting
