???? About the Role
School Professionals is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our substitute teaching pool for the 2025–2026 school year. As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ learning when the regular classroom teacher is unavailable. You will maintain classroom continuity, implement lesson plans, and foster a safe, engaging environment for learners of all ages.
???? Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure uninterrupted instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special education requirements.
- Support literacy and math instruction through creative and effective teaching techniques.
- Communicate with students, staff, and parents regarding classroom activities and student progress.
- Provide additional tutoring and academic support when needed.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferred).
- Classroom management and behavior management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing student growth.
