Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for entering and maintaining data, organizing files, and supporting the administrative team to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into company software and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Update customer and project information as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Scan, upload, and index documents.
- Answer phones and provide administrative support when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
