Multiple Customer Support Specialists Needed- Pay up to $30/HR (DOE)-Contract-to-Hire
KeyStaff Professionals is partnering with two growing manufacturing companies in the Northern Suburbs to hire multiple Customer Support Specialists. These contract-to-hire roles offer the opportunity to provide front-line customer support across North America while working closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Manage the full sales order lifecycle, from entry through fulfillment
- Process and maintain sales orders in SAP (S/4HANA) or Epicor, ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, and instructions
- Provide order status updates, shipment tracking, and delivery information
- Set up and maintain customer accounts and records
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and collaborate with internal teams
- Research and resolve customer inquiries related to pricing, billing, shipping, and product availability
- Issue RMAs according to company policy and follow up on returns
- Provide freight quotes and create purchase orders for custom or drop-ship orders
- Submit credit memos and generate part numbers for purchased items
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account support, or order management
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Epicor experience a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
