To be successful in this role, you will:
- Provide Exceptional Client Support: Serve as the frontline representative of our mental health providers, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care, understanding, and support. Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns with compassion and empathy, ensuring that each client feels valued and heard.
- Appointment Coordination: Facilitate scheduling and coordination of appointments between clients and mental health professionals, ensuring seamless communication and timely access to care.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and provide personalized assistance throughout their journey with our mental health services.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a dedicated advocate for our clients, ensuring their voices are heard, and their concerns are addressed by the appropriate teams within the organization.
- Enhancing Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback, suggestions, and concerns, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and the overall client experience
- Client & Program Support: Maintain client records, communicate with families or legal guardians, and schedule program activities.
- Team Collaboration & Culture: Engage professionally with staff and external contacts and foster a positive work environment.
- Administrative & Technical Support: Assist in billing, credentialing, and insurance tasks while developing specialized knowledge for technology and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in social services or related field with at least two years of similar experience. (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Valid driver’s license
