Schedule: Weekdays, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (paid for 8 hours per day)
Position Overview:
GrowToPro Staffing is seeking reliable and professional foreign language speakers to support Air Force training exercises. This is a part-time, on-call opportunity for individuals who enjoy interactive environments and want to contribute to meaningful military preparedness training.
Selected candidates will participate in structured role-play scenarios as either a foreign commander or interpreter. These exercises help Air Force students prepare for real-world deployment situations by exposing them to different cultural, communication, and operational scenarios they may encounter overseas.
This is a fun, engaging, and educational role in a safe and supervised training environment.
Schedule & Commitment:
On-call position: 2 to 3 days per month
Possible increase in frequency in the future based on training needs
Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)
Schedule provided 2 to 3 weeks in advance
Hours: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (paid for 8 hours per day)
Compensation
$20 – $25 per hour (1099 contractor)
Rate depends on experience and language proficiency
Languages Needed:
We are actively seeking speakers of the following languages:

Arabic
-
Afghan languages (Dari / Pashto)

Turkish
-
Russian
-
Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

French
-
German
All other languages are welcome except Spanish and Portuguese.
Responsibilities:

Participate in structured role-play training scenarios

Act as a foreign commander or interpreter during exercises

Follow scenario instructions provided by training staff

Communicate clearly and professionally during simulations

Support a realistic training environment for Air Force students
Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder

Must be fluent in at least one non-English language (excluding Spanish and Portuguese)

Must be reliable and able to commit to scheduled training days

Must pass required background checks

Professional demeanor and ability to follow structured instructions
