We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee site work operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of civil construction practices, and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment on active job sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site work activities including excavation, grading, utilities installation, and paving.
- Direct and motivate field crews, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Plan work sequences, allocate resources, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies, conducting regular site inspections.
- Address field issues quickly and effectively to minimize delays.
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in site work or a degree, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, drainage, and site development processes.
- Proven ability to manage crews and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams and clients.
- OSHA 10 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in construction, civil engineering, project management, and site construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and supervise site development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
