What You’ll Do
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a quality team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, supporting production operations, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians, maintaining performance standards and low turnover
- Oversee quality systems, including NCs, CAPAs, validations, and audit responses
- Attend daily production meetings, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure error-free documentation
- Maintain a culture of safety and compliance, with zero OSHA recordables and 100% training completion
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a science or technology field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven success managing a team of at least 4 direct reports
- Experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment (cosmetics, OTCs, or dietary supplements preferred)
- Knowledge in microbiology, statistics (SPC), or Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work onsite daily (with remote work no more than 10%
- Demonstrated measurable accomplishments in quality roles
- Involvement in community or non-work organizations
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
