The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Float Pool delivers patient care across various hospital departments, applying nursing methodologies while upholding professional standards. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in a variety of clinical environments, including ICU, Med/Surg, Emergency, and Behavioral Health, fostering skill enhancement and collaboration. Utilizing our Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing processes, you will provide comprehensive patient care. You will be accountable for the care of assigned patients and will coordinate their treatment in collaboration with other departments. Upholding patient rights and confidentiality is essential. You will operate within the scope of your nursing education and adhere to established nursing practice guidelines, the organization’s goals, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. Registered Nurse – Opportunities for Full-Time or Part-Time Positions
Are you an enthusiastic RN who enjoys variety, challenges, and ongoing learning? The Float Pool is an excellent environment for you to enhance your skills while making a significant impact across multiple units.
PRN staff must complete a minimum of 36 hours within each 6-week cycle.
Flexible Scheduling Options:

12-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

8-hour evening shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM
Competitive Compensation with Tiered Differentials:
-
Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr
-
Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr
-
Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr
Additional Shift Differentials:
-
Evening: +$2.75/hr
-
Night: +$4.60/hr
-
Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Qualifications:

Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience

Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred)

License: Active RN license in the state

Certifications: BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Physical Requirements:

Regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds

Prolonged standing and walking during each shift

Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
