MEP Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager with experience delivering commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical scopes for commercial construction projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, and field teams
• Lead project planning, cost control, and change management
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Experience with commercial ground-up and TI projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
