What You’ll Be Responsible For

Directing corporate accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Overseeing general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and reconciliations.

Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team with data-driven insights.

Implementing policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen compliance and efficiency.

Leading and mentoring accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Monitoring KPIs, identifying risks, and recommending strategies to improve financial results.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in management.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and corporate accounting practices.

Background in manufacturing or a similar industry is highly valued.

ERP systems expertise (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
