Trison Construction Inc., a U.S. Design-Build Contractor providing services worldwide, is seeking Onsite Construction Supervisors to support U.S. Government projects in several overseas locations. We currently have openings for projects in South America. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least five years as an On-Site Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Superintendent, preferably in overseas construction projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall execution and delivery of the design-build project as an onsite Construction Manager for overseas projects.
• Ensures all field operations are carried out per the project and company policies and procedures, and that all operations and work meet the contract and technical requirements of the project.

• Manage subcontractor performance and conformance to subcontract agreements.
• Coordinates and supervises onsite construction per the contract documents towards completion of project on schedule and budget.

• Maintains close communication and coordination with Owner’s Representatives and Home Office, including periodic reporting of project status with weekly and monthly reports.
• Oversee that all Health and Safety and Quality Control Standards are met per the contract requirement.

EXPERIENCE & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST have minimum of 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as manager or supervisor in government or commercial projects. Overseas construction project experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.

• Highly professional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, Portuguese is a plus.

• Willing to travel and stay overseas for the typical project duration of 6 months to 2 years.

• Proficient computer user for construction administrative tasks. Microsoft Office, or similar.

• U.S. citizenship with any active security clearance is preferred, but U.S. green card holders and other nationals will also be considered.
