Position Summary
The Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of materials, including acrylics, PVC, wood, and aluminum. This role requires experience with paint sprayers and a strong eye for detail to ensure all products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up materials (acrylics, PVC, wood, aluminum) for painting
- Use HVLP gravity-fed paint sprayers and acrylic polyurethane paints in a cross-draft booth
- Sand and clean materials before painting when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth and surrounding work areas
- Clean, maintain, and store all painting tools and equipment properly
- Monitor and order paint supplies as needed
- Follow company safety protocols and quality control procedures
Requirements
- Painting experience is required (industrial, automotive, or furniture finishing preferred)
- Proficient in using HVLP sprayers, sanders, drills, and other basic tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
