Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in NICU or neonatal/perinatal care
- BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
- Comprehensive understanding of neonatal conditions, protocols, and best practices
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced unit
- Exceptional communication and critical-thinking skills
- Commitment to supporting families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to neonatal patients requiring intensive monitoring and interventions
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care plans
- Administer medications, perform advanced procedures, and operate specialized NICU equipment
- Communicate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate optimal patient care
- Educate and support families, offering guidance and updates on patient progress
- Adhere to all safety standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain precise documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
