Gridwater is launching its Austin operation, and we're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help build the operational foundation that will scale across every future market.
This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll serve as the operational bridge between executive leadership and field execution, ensuring customer demand is converted into completed, billed, and recurring revenue through disciplined systems and processes.

What You'll Do
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own the operational lifecycle from initial customer demand through completed service and recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and manage all incoming customer demand
- Convert opportunities into scheduled service appointments
- Coordinate scheduling, routing, and operational workflows
- Ensure jobs are completed, billed, and accurately tracked
- Maintain clean, reliable data within ServiceTitan
- Monitor operational KPIs and revenue reporting
- Improve scheduling efficiency and route density
- Identify opportunities to convert one-time customers into recurring revenue
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Austin operations and Gridwater headquarters
- Build repeatable processes that can be replicated across future markets

- Every customer opportunity is captured
- Jobs move efficiently from scheduling to completion
- Revenue is accurately billed and tracked

Preferred Experience
- Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations experience
- Experience using CRM or field service management platforms (ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred)
- Scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or service operations experience
- Process improvement and workflow optimization
- Reporting, KPI tracking, and operational analytics
Compensation
Base Salary
- $60,000 annually
On-Target Earnings
- $120,000–$180,000+
High performers who consistently convert customer demand into completed, billed revenue can significantly exceed target earnings.
Commission is based on collected first-year revenue from qualified converted accounts—not simply acquiring new customers.
A qualified converted account includes:
- Customer is signed/onboarded
- First job is scheduled
- First job is completed
- Job is entered into ServiceTitan
- Revenue has been billed and collected

1–10 (3%)
11–25 (4%)
26–50 (5%)
51+ (6%)
Commission applies only to work completed under approved Gridwater pricing guidelines.
