Title: Call Center Representative
Location: New York, NY (10004)
Duration: 8-Weeks Contract
Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Range: $27 to $30/hr
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience.
• Bilingual (required as per facility need)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in healthcare or corporate call center environments.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers as needed
• Accurately document all interactions and update systems accordingly
• Perform additional administrative or support tasks as assigned
