We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment at our warehouse located in Monroe, CT. You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull, Label, and Stack Amazon FC transfers
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize stock and maintain inventory
- Receiving, storing and maintaining product
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Operate equipment
- Sorting merchandise
- Inventory control
- Preparing paperwork
- Picking/ Packing orders
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, floor lifts, and basic tools
- Report any malfunctions, insufficiencies or necessary repairs to Director of Logistics
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfillment operates as efficiently as possible for the duration of the warehouse associate’s shift.
- Perform other tasks/duties as assigned
- You must work your scheduled hours
- Overtime is not allowed unless approved by Management
- On down time, clean warehouse assigned areas

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse worker
- Must be able to pay attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Up to 25 hours a week
